Blintze Souffle

Success. This is always a lovely dish to serve at brunch or, of course, for Shavuot. Enjoy!
12 frozen cheese blintzes
½ stick margarine or butter
6 eggs
½ cup orange juice
1 cup sour cream
½ cup sugar
Cinnamon

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt margarine or butter and pour over blintzes in a rectangular baking dish.
- In blender, mix eggs, orange juice, sour cream, and sugar.
- Pour mixture over blintzes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at for one hour uncovered. Do not open over door.
