The Israel Engagement Committee (previously known as the Israel Action Committee) is a vibrant proactive group of Beth Sholom members who love Israel. Our goal is to promote the ideological and spiritual bonds that connect us to the Jewish homeland.

We embrace Israel historically, spiritually, educationally, and culturally at the synagogue and in our homes. We sponsor programs and lectures and inter-generational programming in order to encourage active participation in Israeli activities. We celebrate Israeli food, music, literature, language, history, film, and art.

Our committee welcomes new members to share ideas, issues, and concerns. We love to see new faces, so please feel free to join us at our events and programs. We look forward to meeting with you.
